Jacquelyn started her journey in health and wellness after she was diagnosed with Ankylosing Spondylitis, and used food as medicine to reverse her symptoms. Before changing her way of eating, her disease progressed, leaving her unable to walk and in need of constant care. After getting her diagnosis and being told chemotherapy was her future, Jacquelyn decided to take matters into her own hands and adopt a vegan lifestyle. Within 30 days, she was walking again and pain free for the first time in over 20 years. Living the vibrant life she's always envisioned, she now takes her experience and love of food to help others overcome their struggles with health and get on the road to recovery.
