Do I need a juicer?

Yes. The Reset does require you to have a juicer. A cold-press juicer is best, but any juicer will work.

Will I be hungry?

The meals in this program are nutrient dense, which keep you feeling full longer. Snacks are included, and there is a list of proteins you can add to any dish if you feel the need. 

Can I exercise during the Reset?

Yes. Gentle exercise like walking, stretching, yoga, and pilates is encouraged to assist in the detox process.

Can I do the Reset anytime?

Yes. I recommended picking a week where you can fully commit to the Reset to get the most out of it and feel its benefits.

If I have an illness or disease, or take medications, can I still do the Reset?

I recommend seeking advice from your health care professional before starting any kind of detox or new diet.
