About

I’m Jacquelyn, Certified Health and Wellness Practitioner, Vegan Chef, and founder of SolFood Collective. My work is built on the understanding that food and lifestyle directly influence inflammation, gut health, and long-term wellness.

Years ago, I was diagnosed with Ankylosing Spondylitis. I was in constant pain, dependent on a cane and sometimes a wheelchair, terrified of what my future might look like. I tried everything I was told to do, yet nothing truly helped me feel better. I felt unheard, frustrated, and stuck.

Everything shifted when I realized that food and lifestyle were not just background details, but powerful tools for healing. I started making small changes. I learned how to support my gut. I focused on lowering inflammation. I shifted how I ate and how I cared for myself. Slowly, my symptoms eased. I returned to movement. Yoga and meditation became anchors in my healing. I began to recognize myself again.

That experience is why SolFood Collective exists.

Today, I help others create that same kind of transformation through:

My philosophy is grounded in consistency and informed action. Sustainable change happens when you understand what your body needs and build habits that support it.

I am trained in over one hundred dietary theories, and I have lived this work firsthand. I know how overwhelming change can feel. I also know the freedom on the other side.
