You may be wondering how raising your vibration can lower inflammation. The higher our energy or vibration is, the lighter we feel mentally, emotionally and physically. Any pain or discomfort in our body becomes little to nonexistent and emotions become easily manageable. Raising your vibration includes everything from your state of mind, to your physical activity, to the foods you eat. The mind and body are connected. To go one step further, the mind and BELLY are connected, which is why we need to be mindful of what we are putting into our bellies, as it affects our thoughts, feelings, and how our body repairs itself and functions. When you understand that the mind and body are connected, you can create an environment for the body to live in balance.
