Everyone could use a little reset, and that's exactly what we will be doing at the Detox Your Mind and Body Retreat.
We detoxify continuously throughout life. We process food, thoughts, and all forms of energy. When that flow is continuous and clear, we are steady and flexible. The trouble is that we accumulate more than we process. We become weighted down under the ash of metabolism and the remnants of old emotions. We will systematically move the energy of the body and mind to keep you light and vitalized. We begin by moving stagnant toxins through your body with a series of exercises to stir them up and release them from your system, followed by a meditation to rearrange habit patterns of the subconscious mind and a deep concentration to identify attachments and let go of them.
