Welcome to SolFood Collective!

I’m Jacquelyn—Certified Health and Wellness Practitioner, Vegan Chef, and founder of SolFood Collective. My passion lies in showing people how to use food as medicine and live vibrant, balanced lives. Through health coaching, digital wellness programs, and gut-friendly plant-based recipes, I help you make small, sustainable changes that add up to big healing.

In 2019, I had the joy of competing on Season 10 of The Great Food Truck Race on Food Network, where my SolFood Collective truck dished out vibrant vegan meals. These days, I run a successful online wellness business offering coaching, e-books, plant-based guides, and my signature organic sourdough bread—because healing should still taste amazing.

I’m trained in over 100 dietary theories and offer holistic wellness tools designed for real life. Whether you're managing autoimmune symptoms, chronic inflammation, poor gut health, or simply want to feel better—I’ve got you. Through easy-to-follow guides, meal plans, and supportive coaching, I’ll help you reconnect to your body and build a lifestyle that feels good.
