Sajjan and Jacquelyn have come together to offer you a beautiful experience of self-nurturance and nourishment. Experience a delicious offering of Kundalini Yoga to ground and nurture you as we move deeper into Autumn. Nourish yourself with a gorgeous plant-based luncheon while bringing the community together to celebrate the bounty of the season.
Sajjan has been teaching Kundalini for almost 10 years and is devoted to supporting her students as they tune in and transform. After a set focused on healing and our hearts, there will be a powerful gong layout.
Chef Jacquelyn's joy is to introduce her clients and students to the bliss and blessing of a plant-based diet. This afternoon she will be sharing a three course meal prepared with love for you and our guests. Menu will be announced via Instagram and on our FB event soon.
Bring what you need to feel comfy. Mats and blankets are on hand, but you are welcome to bring your own. A journal and any crystals to support your work in class are welcome.
