Welcome to SolFood Collective. I'm a Certified Health and Wellness Coach/Vegan Chef. I believe in the importance of taking care of both your mind and body. When you understand that the mind and body are connected, you can create an environment for the body to live in balance.
I started my journey in health and wellness after I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease called Ankylosing Spondylitis, (a.k.a the bamboo spine) in 2015 and used food as medicine to reverse my symptoms.
I offer clients holistic support for overall wellness. Whether you are looking to reverse symptoms due to an autoimmune related disease, have chronic pain and inflammation, or poor gut health, or you just want a jumpstart to try on your own, I am here to help.

What is a Health Coach?
A Health Coach is a support mentor and wellness authority who works with clients to help them feel their best through food and lifestyle changes. Instead of prescribing one diet or way of exercising, Health Coaches tailor individualized wellness programs to meet their clients' needs.
