Includes menu planning, grocery shopping, meal prep/packaging, and wellness check-ins. *Total cost to be paid up front. *Cost of groceries not included. *Gratuity not included but always appreciated. *This service is also available for retreats. Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 72 hours in advance. No refunds for late cancellations. There will be a charge of $100 each time a reschedule is requested.
