Service Description

$600/month This service includes: * Up to 30 min weekly check-ins via phone for one month * Personalized recipes (up to 30 recipes) * Shopping List * Email Support for one month A Health Assessment must be purchased and completed before starting Meal Plans in order to customize for your health needs, unless this is being added to a current package.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 72 hours in advance. No refunds for late cancellations. There will be a charge of $100 each time a reschedule is requested.
